These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lift Free mobile application ("the app") operated by WRBO LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Lift Free is a strength-training app that lets you create workouts, log sets, track personal records, and view training insights. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the app.
To use the app, you must create an account using an email address or a supported sign-in provider (Apple or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Lift Free offers a one-time, non-subscription in-app purchase ("Premium") that unlocks all features permanently. Premium is a single payment processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The purchase is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the respective app store.
Each Premium purchase includes three gift codes that can be shared with other users. Gift codes are single-use, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, starting new workouts requires a Premium purchase. You can continue to view your existing workout data and history without purchasing.
You retain ownership of all workout data, personal records, and other content you create in the app. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app's settings. For more information about how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

We strive to keep the app available and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRBO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not provide medical, health, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program. You use the app and follow any workout routines at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
